Holistic Health Consultations

Ayurveda is an ancient Indian science that proclaims that health is our natural state. The system teaches awareness and aims to bring the body and mind into balance utilizing diet and lifestyle recommendations tailored to each individual. An Ayurvedic lens can be used to address the following in a consultation:

  • General Diet and Lifestyle (including Perimenopause and Menopause)

  • Meal Planning

  • Movement Routines for Strength, Balance, and Mobility

  • Skin Care Routines

In an initial consultation with Emma, you will discuss your primary concerns and take inventory of your health history. After the session, Emma will send you a personalized protocol. To learn more or book Emma for a consultation over Zoom, fill out the form here.

Corporate Yoga and Meditation Instruction

Yoga in the workplace has innumerable benefits for both employees and employers, not least of which is the sense of community and connectivity derived from sharing a non-work related practice with colleagues. Studies have shown that by incorporating yoga into the workday, employees experience a reduction in physical and psychological stress, resulting in fewer sick days and more efficient, focused, and less anxious work and decision making. Sessions can be in person or on Zoom. Fill out the form here to inquire.
